Bee stitching

Today I cleaned the house, took the cats for a walk and went to see the movie 'Speed Racer' in IMAX. It was a great movie with lots of action and brought back lots of memories of watching the tv show when I was a kid. I keep humming that theme song. So for crafting tonite I worked on this tiny project of a bee. It's all done in french knots, using one strand of embroider floss. It might look tedious or time consuming but in reality it really fun and easy to do. The outline is on the tightly woven cloth, you only do one stitch at a time and it's an easy stitch and the results are amazing. This will turn into something but I'll show you that after it's all stitched. Happy crafting.
